  Job Description 

  Serve as a key interface between clients and delivery teams to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives Drive benefits management processes to maximize value realization from projects and programs Lead pursuit and proposal management activities including opportunity assessment bid preparation and collaboration with sales and delivery teams Collaborate across multiple functions to ensure seamless delivery and adherence to organizational standards Utilize strong stakeholder management skills to maintain transparent communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle Support strategic decisionmaking by providing insights into delivery performance and benefit realization Mentor and guide delivery managers and project leads to enhance delivery capabilities and outcomes

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements address concerns and ensure stakeholder satisfaction Manage benefits realization frameworks to track measure and report on business value achieved Lead pursuit and proposal efforts by coordinating with crossfunctional teams to develop compelling and competitive proposals Monitor delivery progress identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies Facilitate governance and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability Collaborate with finance and resource management teams to support budgeting forecasting and resource allocation Drive continuous improvement initiatives within delivery processes and practices
