Role: Program Manager: Testing

Location: Mphasis Office- Bangalore

Job Summary –

We are looking for a Sr. Test Program Manager for our project.

Years of experience needed –

• 20+ years of Testing experience.
• 10+ years of experience in managing Product testing teams
• 15+ years of experience in US Healthcare Payer domain

Technical Skills:

• Provide Technical Leadership, prepare Test Plan and test / release Strategy, having performed a role with similar responsibility for Payer products
• Provide Leadership for Test Design and Guidance during test specification development.
• Knowledge / experience in Test automation using Selenium / MS Playwright
• Specialist in the testing of Web Applications and Solutions.
• Having played Test Architect role, responsible for designing:
  • Test Strategy and Plans,
  • Setting the direction for Testing / QA,
  • Carryout Due Diligence/Assessment for Automation/ Modernization/ Migration/ QA Maturity etc. and recommend QA Roadmap.
• Mentor and coach, participate in team meetings, and create Intellectual Capital assets for reuse.
• Lead Test Best Practices implementations and Innovations etc.,
• Review and approve Test Plans and Test Designs (prepared by test team and Technical Leaders).
• Interface with Development & Architecture teams and Vendors.
• Represent QA team in Architecture, Design and Requirements inspections.
• Provides technical advice and assistance to project management team.
• Act as liaison to Development and Support teams.
• Ensure that all the QA teams follow a common Test Methodology using common Best Practices, Tools and Test Approach.
• Cooperates in Application/Product quality assessment and analysis.
• Good in Metric definition, Verification and Analysis.
• Tools Evaluations, Analysis and Recommendations.
• Knowledge of using Jira and confluence
• Good Leadership skill
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills and able to express information to the detail.
• Good in Client and Stakeholder interaction & Communication and Presentations etc.,
• Leadership Reporting.
