JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst who is expected to design, develop, test, and support UI & Java based applications. Managing all aspects of Application Development Life Cycle.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Strong experience in US Healthcare and with good understanding of Business Rules
  Works with respective business partners to understand their requirements and reach out to the right solution.
  Analyze Business logic and translate that to workflow needed to meet Business objectives and achieve the solution.
• The analyst would also have a broad range of experience in new implementations, upgrades, assessments, system integration, application support, testing and reporting.
• Responsible for defining and managing the scope of Systems projects.
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Supports elicitation/development of high-level and detailed business requirements/user stories for large- to program-level efforts using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Stakeholders and help facilitate proper business engagement within an assigned Scrum team.
• Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.
• Perform Gap Analysis between current state and future state.
• Develop and define use cases.
• Serves as technical subject matter expert.
• Plans and develop product roadmap.
• Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
• Create and refine User Stories and Epics within the Backlog

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or information systems or computer engineering or a related subject

EXPERIENCE

• 7 - 10 years of Coding and development experience

KILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Must have US Healthcare experience
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with Business & IT partners.
• Manage upstream and downstream dependencies (i.e. blockages) for stories within a backlog define and refine Acceptance Criteria for user stories.
• Strategic partner with various business areas and business/IT partners to understand their needs and pain points.
• Develop end-to-end process flows.
