Finance Executive – Vendor Management & Procurement

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in finance, vendor coordination, and procurement activities. The role involves managing vendor relationships, processing purchase requests, preparing purchase orders, tracking invoices, coordinating payments, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services. The candidate will also assist in maintaining financial records, negotiating with vendors, obtaining quotations, comparing prices, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing while complying with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor onboarding and vendor relationships.
• Handle procurement, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and invoice processing.
• Track payments and maintain procurement records.
• Negotiate pricing and ensure timely procurement.
• Support finance operations, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams for procurement requirements.

Experience: 1–3 Years | Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
