Job Description

The Sourcing Manager – Real Estate is responsible for generating qualified leads, sourcing prospective buyers and investors, developing channel partner networks, conducting property presentations, and supporting revenue generation for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires strong market knowledge, relationship management skills, and the ability to convert prospects into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & SourcingGenerate qualified leads through various channels including referrals, digital platforms, databases, channel partners, and direct outreach.
  • Identify prospective customers interested in residential and commercial properties.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential buyers and investors.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate site visits.
  • Channel Partner ManagementDevelop and maintain relationships with brokers, real estate consultants, and channel partners.
  • Organize channel partner meets and engagement activities.
  • Ensure regular communication regarding project updates, inventory, and offers.
  • Track channel partner performance and business generation.
  • Sales SupportSchedule and coordinate customer meetings and site visits.
  • Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to prospects.
  • Assist the sales team in converting leads into bookings.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Market ResearchMonitor local real estate market trends and competitor projects.
  • Gather information regarding pricing, demand, and customer preferences.
  • Identify new sourcing opportunities and business development avenues.
  • CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and site visits in CRM.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing reports.
  • Track lead conversion ratios and revenue contribution.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Address customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Experience 1–8 years of experience in real estate sourcing, sales, business development, or channel partner management.
  • Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects preferred.
  • Skills & CompetenciesStrong lead generation and prospecting abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Relationship management and networking capabilities.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales processes and market dynamics.
  • CRM and reporting proficiency.
  • Target-oriented and self-driven approach.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Site visits scheduled and completed.
  • Bookings/revenue generated through sourcing activities.
  • Channel partner acquisition and performance.
  • Lead-to-booking conversion ratio.
