Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Meet procurement managers, purchase heads, factory managers, and business owners to understand their packaging requirements.
- Promote the company's range of flexible packaging products and provide suitable packaging solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the production, design, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth execution of customer orders.
- Follow up on inquiries, samples, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product developments.
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, CRM records, and customer databases.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events as required.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
