Accountant Cum Financial Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Accountant & Finance Advisor to oversee the financial and accounting operations of our automobile components manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice to support business growth and operational efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly management reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger verification.
• Prepare budgets, cost analysis, and financial forecasts.
• Support management with financial planning and cost-control strategies.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and government authorities.
• Maintain inventory valuation and manufacturing cost records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com).
• CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in the manufacturing or automobile industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP/accounting software.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
