Summary:
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies and platforms. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, innovative, and aligned with client goals, fostering a seamless transition from concept to implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive solution architectures that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and project contributions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong expertise in solution design and architecture within warehouse management systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to drive solution development and implementation.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and best practices for enterprise-level technology platforms.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
