Customer Service Executive - Two Wheeler Loans - Sri Ganganagar - Jio Center - CSE*
- Handle customer service operations related to two wheeler loan products. - Provide assistance and support to customers visiting the Jio Center locations. - Manage queries and facilitate loan-related processes efficiently. - Work closely with customers to ensure smooth service delivery in loan processing. - Operate primarily at Jio Center branches in Sri Ganganagar and Nagaur. - Maintain professionalism and customer-centric approach in all interactions. - Support the loan team by addressing customer concerns and providing timely information. - Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues related to two wheeler loans. - Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and service quality goals.Job role
