Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives (Freshers) who are interested in building a career in the financial services industry. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining loan products, and supporting the sales team in generating business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients through calls and follow-ups on provided leads.
• Explain company loan products and services to prospective customers.
• Understand client requirements and guide them regarding suitable loan options.
• Collect basic client information and documents required for loan processing.
• Maintain proper follow-up with clients until the completion of the process.
• Update call details, client responses, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the internal processing team for smooth case handling.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication with clients at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations is preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
