As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex enterprise transformations that include multiple technology platforms. The role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value drivers. The advisor also focuses on developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that clients achieve their transformation goals effectively and efficiently. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of emerging technologies are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of innovative technology assets that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level analytics solutions.
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices within analytics platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize platform performance.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
