Job Description
Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the organization. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/software.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development may apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
