  Job Description 

  Develop and optimize large language models through fine tuning techniques to enhance AI capabilities Design and implement advanced prompt engineering strategies to improve model responses Utilize retrievalaugmented generation RAG methods to integrate external knowledge sources effectively Write clean maintainable Python code for GenAI applications aligned with best practices Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI services into backend systems and user interfaces Ensure scalability security and performance of generative AI components in production environments Stay updated with the latest developments in generative AI and apply them to projects

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Lead the design development and deployment of generative AI solutions using Python Create and maintain prompt templates retrieval logic and response handling mechanisms Implement orchestration flows combining LLMs vector search and enterprise APIs Optimize GenAI workloads focusing on latency cost and performance improvements Collaborate closely with architects data engineers and other stakeholders for endtoend solution delivery Support deployment monitoring and production hardening activities to ensure reliability Mentor junior developers by reviewing code guiding design approaches and sharing best practices
