Manager, Human Resources ( HRBP )

As a Manager, Human Resources ( HRBP ), you will

• Advise leaders on people strategy, performance, and change
• Drive employee lifecycle initiatives (performance, development, engagement)
• Coach managers on employee relations, policies, and best practicesLead change and culture initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment lawsUse HR data and insights to guide decision-making
• Partner on compensation, workforce planning, and talent strategiesSupport recruitment and onboarding (as applicable)

 

About you

• 6–8 years of HR experience, including HRBP experience
• Strong expertise in employee relations and talent management
• Ability to influence and build stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of employment laws and complianceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeFluent in English
