Job Description

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients/leads through calls, social media and events
  • Conduct sales calls & meetings to explain CFL's programs and offerings
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Present in events, workshops, and outreach activities
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with the team for continuous improvement
