Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls.
- Follow up with leads from Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Facebook.
- Record all leads in CRM with complete information.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain detailed customer conversation logs.
- Understand customer requirements and offer product solutions.
- Explain fabric types, rates, offers, and the sample process.
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Share daily updates and reporting in the sales group.
- Send order confirmations and payment follow-up messages.
- Route confirmed leads to sales executives.
- Coordinate sampling, transport, and delivery updates.
- Keep customers updated throughout the order process.
- Ensure zero missed inquiries or follow-ups.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
