We are looking for a confident and experienced Personality Development and skill Development trainer to train Grade-10, Grade 11 and Grade 12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct personality development and soft-skills sessions

Improve communication, public speaking and presentation skills

Train students in leadership, teamwork, time management and professional etiquette

Prepare students for interviews, group discussions and higher education

Conduct interactive activities, assessments and student mentoring

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Psychology, Education, HR, Management or a related field.

Experience: Teaching or soft-skills training experience preferred.

Candidates with excellent communication and presentation skills may apply.
