Working days & Timing: 6 days (Monday to Saturday) & 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Sales Executive/ Marketing Executive to join our Caroline Healthcare team. The Healthcare Sales Executive/ Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting Caroline Healthcare services and generating referrals from doctors, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers. The executive will act as a key link between the hospital and the Caroline healthcare services to ensure seamless patient referrals and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients (who are looking for Homecare).
• Make a visit to the multiple hospital to prospective leads and existing patients to promote healthcare services. 
• Promote Caroline Healthcare services (e.g., diagnostics, ICU set-up, GDA, Nursing staff, health checkups etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare providers.
• Assist patients or clients in coordinating services when needed.
• Keep an eye on patients’ requirements, pricing, and strategies.
• Handle patient feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team. 
• Developing strong client relationships, achieving sales targets. 
• Supporting the company’s growth through effective Business development, marketing activities, and patient’s service. 

Educational Qualification: 

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Diploma or Graduate (Preferred in Healthcare, or Business Administration) & Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience as a Sales, or Business Development Executive or Manager (Healthcare experience preferred).
• Fluency in English and Hindi, Good Communication.
• Field-based with frequent visits to healthcare facilities.
