Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding multiple teams through the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of solutions to adapt to evolving requirements and challenges.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of technical excellence.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Core Development, Program Project Management, Enterprise Architecture Framework.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs and implementations.
- Skilled in code review processes, quality assurance practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on providing innovative and practical solutions across teams.

- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Core Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
