The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with strategic objectives, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into the architecture framework.

- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Core Banking.
- Strong understanding of banking domain architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance banking solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with system interoperability and data flow within banking environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable technology solutions.
