Responsibilities

✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

✅ Verify COD orders by calling customers and confirming order details, address, and purchase intent.

✅ Follow up on unverified, cancelled, RTO-prone, and high-risk orders.

✅ Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.

✅ Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

✅ Coordinate with courier and operations teams to resolve delivery issues.

✅ Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order-related activities.

✅ Follow up with customers after issue resolution when required.

✅ Escalate complex cases to relevant teams.

✅ Meet daily targets for COD verification, response time, and ticket closure.

Requirements

✔ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

✔ Comfortable making and receiving customer calls throughout the day.

✔ Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

✔ Basic knowledge of computers, Google Sheets, MS Excel, and email.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Prior experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, BPO, or E-commerce Support is preferred.

✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
