Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customers' financial and insurance needs.
Recommend suitable life insurance products such as term plans, ULIPs, child plans, and retirement plans.
Handle customer queries, policy servicing, renewals, and claim-related assistance.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain customer records in CRM systems and follow company compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing. �
