Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level data integration and transformation processes.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and collaborate with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
