Job Description

  • Prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals as per guests requirement.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Manage grocery requirements.
  • Maintain inventory of kitchen items and cooking essentials.
  • Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in a farmhouse, household, restaurant, or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of North Indian cuisine (additional cuisines are a plus).
  • Ability to cook for 6–20 people as required.
  • Honest, reliable, and hygienic work habits.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen management.
  • Experience handling BBQ or outdoor cooking.
