Assistant Manager-GTS - Run
Roles & responsibilities
Support the management and maintenance of production environments hosting Audit applications, ensuring availability, stability, and performance
Contribute to the creation, update, and adherence of support and operational process documentation, following established standards and procedures
Perform day‑to‑day support and operations activities for Audit applications such as KPMG Clara Workflow, KPMG Clara for Clients, and Quality & Compliance Evaluation
Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, escalating appropriately when required
Act as a technical support lead at the team level for infrastructure and platform issues, assisting in diagnosis and resolution
Ensure production environments comply with defined operational policies, security controls, and governance requirements
Execute and validate post‑deployment activities following scheduled releases to ensure system stability and operational readiness
Coordinate with platform and infrastructure teams to support server health checks, patching activities, and vulnerability remediation
Apply hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Azure services to support cloud‑based production environments
Use Azure Application Insights and monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and support root‑cause analysis
Leverage SQL skills to perform data analysis and troubleshooting for application and operational issues
Collaborate effectively with Application Support, Business Support, Engineering, Deployment, and Global Platform Operations teams to achieve operational goals
Provide timely updates on issues, risks, and resolutions to senior team members and managers
Support KPI tracking and reporting aligned with objectives defined by the Support and Operations leadership
Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions, internal workshops, and learning forums to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in Support and Operations
