Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in implementing efficient and effective solutions. The role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating these into practical business and technology strategies. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer leads discussions on transformation initiatives, customer journey mapping, and functional or application design. This position ensures that the technology solutions align closely with business needs, fostering seamless integration and driving successful project outcomes through collaborative engagement with stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuously evaluate integration processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, middleware technologies, and API management.
- Experience with designing and deploying scalable integration solutions in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and workflow orchestration within integration platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
