Job SummaryThe Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, leading the sales team, and driving business growth. This role involves monitoring sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to improve performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new client accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
