Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical (medicine) sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales, managing distributor networks, and building strong relationships with distributors and Hospitals

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Manage and expand distributor and retailer network
• Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Lead and guide the sales team to improve performance
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in pharma/medicine sales
• Strong network in the healthcare/pharma industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead a team and achieve targets
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
