TEAM LEADER-BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Key Responsibilities of the Team Lead:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of at least 10 BDOs.
- Set performance goals and monitor daily activities and achievements.
- Provide regular training and motivation to the team.
- Develop business strategies and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners and referral partners.
- Implement promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Channel Head and local marketing team.
- Plan and execute referral partner/BTL activities.
