Customer Service Executive - Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) - Choutuppal - Ganesh Nagar - CSE*
- Handle customer service activities related to secured business loans, specifically Micro LAP (Loan Against Property). - Act as a point of contact for customers in Hyderabad and Choutuppal locations. - Support loan processing and customer queries ensuring smooth service delivery. - Work closely with the financial services team to manage secured loan accounts. - Maintain records and assist in documentation related to loan applications. - Provide timely updates and assistance to customers regarding their loan status. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. - Maintain professionalism and customer-centric approach in all interactions. - Contribute to achieving departmental targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.Job role
