Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in and online customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
  • Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Generate leads through referrals, events, digital platforms, and field visits.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
