Profile - Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Location:Jaipur, Rajasthan
Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, following up on leads, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding inquiries and orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Collect customer feedback and report improvement suggestions.
- Generate repeat business through regular follow-ups.
- Share product information, offers, and new launches with customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer interaction reports.
- Eligibility:Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Min 1 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer handling and negotiation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
- Working Hours:Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
Salary:₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Daily customer follow-ups completed.
- Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
- Customer retention and repeat orders.
