As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of innovative testing frameworks and automation strategies to improve overall testing efficiency.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to address challenges and optimize testing processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
- Strong expertise in designing and developing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience in integrating testing tools with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for automation and process improvement.
- Skilled in monitoring and reporting test metrics to drive data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with quality engineering principles and best practices in software testing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Tableau.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
