Job Summary : ECOG Products is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales leadership, team management, and achieving business targets. Candidates with FMCG sales experience are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and analyze competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Required Qualifications

• Any Degree Completion.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Retail Sales, or FMCG Sales.
• Experience in leading or managing a sales team.
• FMCG industry experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
