Key Activities Responsibilities
Under defined SOPs and supervision executes the operational scope of the skill escalating complex or crosstower cases
SharePoint OneDrive M365 Apps
Manage enduser access and permissions for SharePoint sites OneDrive folders and Teamsintegrated libraries investigate authorization errors and permission inheritance
Recover deleted missing files and folders recycle bin version history incl approved access to offboarded users data resolve OneDrive sync failures and integration issues
Investigate contentvisibility and sharing issues broken links external sharing inheritance perform initial analysis of SharePoint performance usability problems
Support standard site workspace configuration approved provisioning structure document libraries metadata and standard retention
Resolve M365 productivityapp access licence and feature issues troubleshoot Stream Forms Copilot and integration failures across Forms Project Stream Lists Loop and Planner configure Teams channels Loop Lists and Planner
Power Apps Power Automate
Resolve access issues permissions roles licences and owner identification for environments apps and flows
Troubleshoot environment problems creation removal security roles automation errors and app flow issues logs restore deleted items reassign orphaned resources permission execution errors
Address dataconnection issues via connector reauthorization and triage of failed integrations analyse usage audit reports for quota and licence optimisation
