Summary:
In the role of Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the ethical deployment and management of artificial intelligence technologies within the organization. This includes designing and implementing solutions that prioritize responsible AI practices, ensuring alignment with both ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The role requires active leadership and collaboration across various teams to promote the adoption of ethical AI principles. The individual will also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to guide AI initiatives responsibly, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate ethical considerations into AI development processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their understanding of responsible AI practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of AI ethics.
- Monitor and evaluate AI systems post-deployment to ensure ongoing compliance with ethical standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Conversational AI.
- Experience in natural language processing techniques and dialogue management systems.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance related to artificial intelligence.
- Ability to design and implement AI models that prioritize fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and leadership within AI project environments.
- Competence in evaluating AI system performance and mitigating bias in machine learning models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Conversational AI.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
