Job Description

Job Title: Collection Executive

Location: Noida Sector 3

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time


  • Key Responsibilities:Follow up with customers for pending payments.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
  • Maintain records of collection activities.
  • Resolve payment-related queries.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets.
  • Requirements:Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Screening Criteria:Within 25 km of office location.
  • Good English & Hindi communication.
  • Work from Office only.
  • Experience in Collections, Recovery, BPO, Customer Service, or Sales preferred.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
