Account Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. Freshers with relevant educational qualifications are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses and financial documents.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP, Tally Prime, or other accounting software is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
