Role Overview

As a Client Executive at Unisys, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and deepening executive relationships within key enterprise accounts. This is a highly visible, client-facing role focused on expanding Unisys’ footprint across Digital Workplace Solutions and Managed Services, Apps, Cloud & Infrastructure, delivering measurable business outcomes for clients while driving revenue growth.

You will act as the senior commercial lead, owning account strategy, multithreaded engagement, and long-term partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Growth & Strategy

    • Own and execute the overall account strategy for assigned enterprise clients
    • Identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities across existing and new service lines
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to growth targets
  • Executive Client Engagement

    • Develop and manage C-suite relationships (CIO, CTO, CFO, business leaders)
    • Position Unisys as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions to business outcomes
    • Lead strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews
  • Managed Services & Digital Workplace Expansion

    • Drive adoption and expansion of managed services, digital workplace solutions, apps, cloud and infrastructure
    • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to shape compelling propositions
    • Ensure strong alignment between client needs and Unisys capabilities
  • Multithreaded Sales Approach

    • Build broad relationships across technology and business stakeholders
    • Navigate complex buying environments and long sales cycles
    • Coordinate internal teams to deliver a unified client experience
  • Commercial Leadership

    • Own deal structuring, commercials, and contract negotiations
    • Ensure profitable growth and strong margin performance
    • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Internal Collaboration

    • Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and executive leadership
    • Act as the voice of the client within Unisys
    • Support successful transition from sales to delivery

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven track record as a Client Executive / Account Executive within IT services or consulting

  • Strong experience selling managed services, digital workplace solutions, apps, cloud and infrastructure
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing large enterprise accounts
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in large deal negotiation
  • Ability to operate at C-suite level and influence senior stakeholders
  • Background within leading IT services organisations (e.g. DXC, Kyndryl, IBM, NTT DATA, Capgemini, Atos, Fujitsu, etc.)
