Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their business challenges and system requirements. This role requires providing expert advice on integration strategies and collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement solutions that align with business goals. The day includes facilitating discussions around customer journeys and transformation initiatives, ensuring that both technological and business perspectives are effectively integrated. The role demands continuous interaction with teams to translate complex needs into practical, scalable integration solutions that support organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of integration approaches to meet client requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices within cloud and on-premise environments.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration processes using Boomi Atomsphere.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with API management, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance considerations in integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
