About the Role
MoneyTree Realty Services Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' real estate investment requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
