(Onsite / Hybrid / Remote) Onsite               Dimension / Scope of The Job * :  Proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations for our Sealings and Gasket manufacturing plant. The role involves overseeing mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, ensuring high equipment reliability, and driving the implementation of Tenneco Machine Safety Standards (TMSS) across all press machines.           ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTION * Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Operations:

Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure smooth functioning of all plant machinery and utilities.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
Minimize machine downtime and ensure quick resolution of breakdowns.
Monitor and improve equipment performance and reliability.

TMSS Implementation:

Drive the implementation of Tenneco Machine Safety Standards (TMSS) across all press machines.
Conduct safety audits and risk assessments in line with TMSS guidelines.
Collaborate with EHS and engineering teams to ensure compliance with global safety standards.
Train and guide maintenance and production teams on TMSS protocols and safe machine operations.

Team & Resource Management:

Manage maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure availability of critical spares and maintenance tools.
Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs and performance metrics.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements.
Support lean manufacturing, TPM, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain documentation and records for audits and compliance.ce tasks.           SKILLS PROFILE (add rows, if you so need) Technical Skills * 1.Strong knowledge of press machines, hydraulic systems, and mechanical maintenance. 2.Experience in implementing machine safety standards (TMSS & MST). 3. TPM - maintenance pillars. 4. EHS & legal comoplience of relavent maintenance fulfill on time. 5. IATF 16949,IS) 14001 & 45001 requierments  6. LOTOTO  Safety / EHS Competencies Awareness on significant safey hazards, risk & operational controls Legal compliances - awareness on EHS Policy & objective Awareness on Emergency Management system Enviroment significant aspects, Risk knowledge & it's operational controls Soft Skills* 1.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 2. PLC Porgramimg  SIEMENS (TIA portal) 3. MS office (MS excel, power point, word). Power Bi           QUALIFICATION (Essential) * 1 Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. 2   3             Experience (Essential) * No of Years 10–15 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in automotive or gasket/sealing manufacturing.
