Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, architecture, and infrastructure components.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting network-related issues in complex environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
- Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams to resolve infrastructure-related incidents efficiently.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
