Collections Executive - Retail MFB - Collections - Kathlal - JB Plaza Complex - J Grades
- Responsible for managing collections for retail microfinance banking clients. - Handling customer interactions to ensure timely recovery of dues. - Working closely with customers to resolve payment issues and maintain good relationships. - Requires understanding of retail banking and microfinance operations. - May involve field visits to customers for collections and follow-ups. - Coordination with internal teams to update collection status and reports. - Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines related to collections. - Requires good communication and negotiation skills to handle diverse customer profiles. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet collection goals. - Familiarity with banking software and documentation related to collections is beneficial.Job role
