A. Con Hiring for EMA sectors

•Proposed designation
Associate Consultant
•Reporting to 
Assistant Manager/ Manager
•Geo to be supported
EMA
•Contribute to research and benchmarking assignments
•Contribute to sales enablement assignments as a part of business development efforts
•Work closely with stakeholders to understand their research and content requirements, devise an approach, and deliver actionable insights
•Prepare client ready deliverables (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word) that are well structured, logical and easy to understand
•Undertake exhaustive research and analysis from internal and external sources for deliverables and triangulate information and data points from various data sources
•Suggest alternative data sources/research methodologies, suggest proxies and run creative queries to fetch difficult to obtain data
•Logical thought structuring and ability to draw insights/so-what’s in simple to mid-complex projects with guidance
•Articulate findings through use of clear, concise, and grammatically correct business English (both written and verbal)         
•Ability to develop simple bespoke frameworks to represent research and analysis and offer innovative ways of presenting information
•Proactively seek guidance to decode scope requirements and ask relevant questions to get to the big picture
•Proactively use past learning to connect dots, offer innovative ways of presenting information and develop simple bespoke frameworks
•Derive and represent clear so-what’s and tap into existing sector or functional experts
•Adequately assist project lead on client calls
•Work reasonably independently, with appropriate supervision and guidance from Consultant /Assistant Manager/Manager
•Adept at strategic frameworks such as SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, PESTLE, etc.
•Effective team player
•MBA/Master’s degree or equivalent post graduation/diploma

Professional qualification: Graduates-  BBA, B Tech/BE – with relevant experience of 3-5 years or Masters -MBA, MTech – with relevant experience of 1-2 years
