The position demands active collaboration across multiple teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology-driven business transformations, while continuously enhancing the reputation of the organization through thought leadership and strategic insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative approaches to improve delivery outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Strong knowledge of campaign management and marketing automation processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing customer engagement strategies using Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and customer data platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
