The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring that proposed solutions are practical and effective. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Assist in monitoring the progress of transformation initiatives and provide feedback for continuous enhancement.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and transportation logistics.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
