Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer acquisition and business growth through face-to-face marketing campaigns.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Deliver against individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct daily team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members.
• Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and achieve company objectives.
