- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating feedback.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Web Application Security Testing.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, and secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with security testing tools and frameworks used in web application environments.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to web application security.
