1. Housekeeping Field Executive (Residential / High-Rise Society)
Location: Gurgaon (Near Sector 88)
Position Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Field Executive to manage and supervise housekeeping operations in high-rise residential societies. The candidate must have strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff across assigned residential societies
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in common areas
- Train staff on proper usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and place timely requisitions
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Address complaints from residents/society management promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Maintain attendance and duty rosters of housekeeping staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision (residential/high-rise preferred)
- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and machinery
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic reporting and communication skills
2.Operations Executive (Multi-Site Management)Location: Gurgaon (Near Sector 88)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Executive who can efficiently manage multiple sites and ensure smooth service delivery. The role requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple sites (residential/commercial)
- Coordinate with site supervisors and clients for smooth functioning
- Ensure manpower planning, deployment, and attendance tracking
- Handle client communication and resolve operational issues
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements
- Prepare reports on operations, performance, and compliance
- Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and resources
- Conduct regular site visits and audits
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in operations or facility management
- Experience handling multiple sites is mandatory
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in basic reporting (Excel/Word preferred)
- Ability to travel between sites
